SKILLS GROUP was founded in 2018 as a team of four designers with over 15 years of design experience. Currently, the office employs 29 qualified engineers: structural engineers, architects, and installation designers. We specialize in the design of public buildings, warehouses, office buildings, and collective residential buildings. We work with the largest prefabrication plants in Poland and abroad, as well as with renowned design offices. We design for leading developers on the Polish and German markets. We work with 3D software, including Revit, Allplan, Frilo, Planbar, and Instalsoft. This brings our designs into line with BIM (Building Information Modeling) standards. Conducting a project in BIM allows for the creation of a comprehensive construction simulation. In addition, even before implementation, it is possible to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the building, detect possible errors, coordinate industries, and, if necessary, make appropriate changes. Thanks to the information contained in the model, it is possible to estimate the costs of the investment at an early stage of design.
